MAALAEA, HI -- On Tuesday, February 9, whale enthusiasts and supporters of marine education programs can take advantage of a fun and delicious opportunity to show their support by attending Pacific Whale Foundation's Benefit Night at Flatbread Company in Paia. Enjoy some delicious pizza (made with local and organic ingredients) -- and help save the whales. Located at 89 Hana Highway in Paia, Flatbread Pizza features the dancing flames of a kiawe-fired pizza oven right in the middle of the restaurant, plus what is without question the most delicious and unique gourmet pizza on Maui.

From 5:00 to 10:00 p.m. on February 9, a portion of the sales from all pizzas sold will be donated to Pacific Whale Foundation. All proceeds received by Pacific Whale Foundation will go to support marine education programs.

Flatbread Company's efforts to support the local environment and economy include a commitment to supporting local organizations. Flatbread's monthly benefit nights raise money for a wide variety of Maui-based organizations striving to contribute positively to the local community.
